At Park Sampark, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

We prioritize your anonymity. We do not require your real name, phone number, or email address.

• Display Name: You are encouraged to use an anonymous alias or nickname. Your real identity is never required.
• Vehicle Information: License plate numbers you register for parking communication purposes.
• Usage Data: We collect minimal data related to your parking sessions and interactions to provide the service.
• Location Data: Used only to show nearby vehicles and parking activity within 1km of your position. We do not track your location in the background.

2. Permissions & Usage

To provide a seamless experience, our application requests the following permissions:

• Camera: Used for scanning QR codes on vehicles to initiate communication or parking sessions.
• Microphone: Used to enable in-app calling features so you can communicate with other users without sharing your phone number.
• Photo Gallery: Used if you choose to upload a profile photo or images of your vehicle to help others identify it.
• Location: Used to show you nearby parked vehicles and parking activity.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Park Sampark offers optional premium subscriptions processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not store your payment details. All billing is handled securely by Apple and Google.

4. Account Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by navigating to Profile > Delete Account within the app.

Upon deletion, your alias, vehicle records, messages, and active history will be permanently removed from our databases.

5. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase: For authentication and push notifications.
• RevenueCat: For subscription management.
• Google Maps: For displaying nearby parking activity.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
